Refund policy

Every Pro Beauty Concierge by Saj Mack® service is created specifically for you. Because your consultation, lessons, and kit are personalized, all sales are final.

Services
Fees for virtual consultations, private virtual lessons, and kit curation are non-refundable once payment is made. Your time is reserved and curation begins as soon as you book.

Custom makeup kits
Products are selected and purchased for you alone, so custom kits cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

The Concierge Experience
The Concierge Experience is completed within six months of booking. Kits and lessons not scheduled within that window expire and are non-refundable. If you need more time, email hello@sajmack.com before your six months end to request a one-time extension.

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Damaged items
Please inspect your kit as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged in shipping, email hello@sajmack.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and the original packaging. Once your claim is confirmed, the damaged items will be replaced. Claims reported after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

If we are unable to deliver
In the rare event we cannot complete your service, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative.
