Terms of service

 

Welcome to Pro Beauty Concierge by Saj Mack®, operated by Saj Mack LLC (“the Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of our virtual makeup consultation services, private virtual lessons, and custom makeup kits. By booking or using our services, you agree to this Agreement.

SERVICES PROVIDED. The Company offers personalized makeup kit curation, which includes a virtual consultation, products selected for you by the Company, and a private virtual lesson. The details of each service are described on its product page and confirmed by email or other written communication. Services are currently available within the United States only.

PAYMENT. The booking fee for each service is due in full at the time of booking. For The Prestige Kit and The Complexion Edit, the cost of products is separate from the booking fee. Once your product selection is ready, you will be contacted to arrange payment, and your kit will be purchased and shipped after payment is received. The Concierge Experience includes the cost of products in its fee.

PHOTOS AND CLIENT INFORMATION. For accurate shade matching, you agree to follow the photo guidelines provided after booking. Photos that do not meet these guidelines, including filtered or edited images, will need to be retaken. You are responsible for providing accurate information about your skin, any known sensitivities, and your preferences.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION. Lessons are scheduled after your kit has been delivered and are held during daytime hours only. You must give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a consultation or lesson. Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited. The Concierge Experience must be completed within six months of booking, as described in our Refund Policy.

REFUNDS AND DAMAGED ITEMS. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details, including how to report items damaged in shipping.

CONSULTATION DISCLAIMER. The Company provides professional guidance during consultations and lessons. Results may vary and depend on factors including individual skill, technique, and the products used. The Company does not guarantee specific results.

SKIN CARE DISCLAIMER. Skin guidance provided by the Company’s licensed esthetician is for cosmetic purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose or treat any medical condition. Please consult a physician or dermatologist for any medical skin concerns.

PRODUCT USE AND ALLERGIES. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients of any product recommended or provided, and to perform a patch test before use. You agree to use all products at your own risk. The Company is not responsible for allergic reactions or other reactions to products.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. All materials provided by the Company, including your Personal Beauty Profile, face charts, product selections, and lesson content, are the intellectual property of the Company. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without the Company’s written permission.

CONFIDENTIALITY. The Company will keep your personal information confidential and will not share it with third parties except as needed to provide your service, such as for shipping and payment processing.

CLIENT PHOTOS AND REVIEWS. The Company will not use your photos, name, or likeness in marketing without your written consent. Reviews you submit publicly may be displayed on the Company’s website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its consultants are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services or products provided.

GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. The Company may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this website. The terms in effect at the time of your booking apply to that booking.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement, together with our Refund Policy, represents the entire understanding between you and the Company regarding our services.
